EVERLASTING

Overview

EVERLASTING is a 2D/3D hybrid puzzle platformer, where you play as D.A.S, the last known human in the world. Bobby, the mad scientist and the creator of D.A.S, tells the many stories of his Geoengineering plans... Play as a modified human that can withstand Earth's extreme climate change and discover the secrets and dirty work of Bobby.

Background

With the rise of global warming, many projects and proposals have been made to combat the changing Earth. The most recent and most impactful projects are known as Geoengineering, which are large scale manipulation of the environment that directly effects Earth's climate. There are many methods that fall under two main categories which are SRM or Solar Radiation Management and CDR or Carbon Dioxide Removal. Both come with benefits, but also come with risks. Geoengineering can be beneficial and critical to combating climate change, but the risks cannot be ignored and must maintain ethical integrity. Today, many people tend to look over the details but being informed and taking action is a step towards a better place.

Mechanics

WASD - Movement

MOUSE 1 - Drag Crates

SCROLL - Zoom In or Out

• Tall and short crates can be moved by walking up to them, holding 'MOUSE 1' and using the movement keys to move them non-diagonally.
